Managing Director

We are looking for a professional, proactive person who likes to take on varied tasks in our experienced team on his own and who keeps an overview even in challenging times.
Your tasks:
- Lead and guide the management team and the whole organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive growth
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Leverage the global Rieter footprint
- Continuously improve Novibra/RCO product margins and structural cost
- Identify market opportunities and drive innovation to maintain a competitive edge
- Further develop the service business
- Develop the organization to support today´s business, the strategy, and Rieter Group
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Your Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of successful P&L responsibility and strong technology focus
- Master’s degree in business administration and/or Master of Science with technical background or subject related to industry
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and foster collaboration
- Hands-on mentality to run a mid-size company successfully
- Ability to act within a global Group and a matrix organization
